- What should I expect with your event services?
- Detailed images of your event including close ups of decor, awards and raffles, candid’s, step and repeat images and group shots. You also get a social media post the next day so the people who attend can remember the fun time they had!
- When will my images be done?
- Typical turnaround time is 2 - 3 weeks depending on type of shoot and timely response from clients.
- When is payment due?
- There is a $50 deposit due at the time of booking and the remainder due by our session date.
- Do you travel/shoot on location?
- Yes! I add travel mileage on if outside of McHenry but will shoot all over Illinois and Wisconsin. Sometimes sessions look better on-site vs in the studio! I also will travel outside of the state, per request.
- Do you help with Hair and Makeup for headshots?
- I have someone I work with if you need these services. Just ask at booking!
- What if I don’t need 2 hours for a business branding session?
- No Worries! We can do one hour, or we can split your session in (2) 1 hour sessions. Then, you get more from the marketing on separate occasions! This session and type of shoot can be customized. Schedule a call for me and we can chat!
- What if I LOVE my headshots and want to add more?
- You can 100% do this! Just let me know which ones (how many) and I can add this on to your invoice!
- Do you offer professional touch up/editing?
- Of course! Some of my packages include this and others you can add this on. I do the “basics” like color correction and remove things that would negatively impact the image (things I could not take away on site), as well as some face touch ups. Anything else you want done, just ask!
- What’s the best way to schedule a shoot?
- Book with me on my online platform. Here you can also request a call to chat if you have more questions and need me to send a quote or a custom contact.
- What are your office hours?
- It depends! I’m in and out during the week. If I’m not shooting, I’m editing so I do not have set hours.
- What should I wear to my session?
- I have a blog I wrote about what to wear for headshots or when being in images. Check this out or contact me and we can discuss based on your skin tone, hair and business type!
- Do you assist with what to do with the photos after we receive them?
- I would LOVE to!! So many people don’t use the images we shoot ro are not sure how/where or even what questions to ask BEFORE we shoot. I'd love to work with you to make sure you’re getting the most from your session.
